From M40 northbound

Exit at junction 8 to join A40 to Oxford. After 5 miles, at the Headington Roundabout, take 3rd exit, bearing right at the traffic lights, and continuing on A40 (Northern Bypass). After 3 miles, at the Cutteslowe Roundabout, take 1st exit onto the Banbury Road.

From M40 southbound

Exit at junction 9 to join A34 to Oxford. After 6 miles, at the Peartree Interchange, take 1st exit signposted to Oxford. At the next roundabout (Wolvercote) take 2nd exit onto A40 (towards London). At the next roundabout (Cutteslowe) take 3rd exit onto the Banbury Road.

From M4

Exit at junction 13 onto the A34 to Oxford. Travel for 25 miles, eventually joining the Western Bypass. Turn off left, down the slip road, to the Peartree Interchange and follow signs to Oxford. After 1/2 mile, at the Wolvercote roundabout, take 2nd exit onto A40 towards London. At the next roundabout (Cutteslowe) take 3rd exit onto the Banbury Road.

From M5

Exit at junction 11 to join A40 to Oxford (40 miles). At the Wolvercote roundabout, continue on the A40 towards London having taken 3rd exit. At the next roundabout (Cutteslowe) take 3rd exit onto the Banbury Road.

Banbury Road to Summer Fields

After a mile or so, you will arrive in Summertown with shops on either side. Turn left into Summerfield Road (one way system). Marks and Spencer is seen on the right-hand corner. After 200 yards, when the road forks sharply left, you will see the School gates, which open automatically, on the right-hand corner. Bear left on entering and park car in front of the house, whose main entrance, with white porch, will be directly opposite you.

By Rail

There are frequent services between Oxford and London, the journey taking about 1 hour.  Oxford Parkway is the closest station to Summer Fields (departing from Marylebone).  Oxford Central (departing from Paddington) is slightly further.  In both cases, the taxi ride is no more than 10 minutes.  

By Air

London Heathrow is the nearest airport, approximately one hour by car or taxi.
