Karen joined Summer Fields in 2018 with the opening of the Pre-prep. Prior to this, she worked as a Medical Secretary for the NHS, a member of the Conference Team at Mansfield College and spent 14 years working in Isle of Man Finance Sector.

She now lives in Oxford with her husband Robert and their two teenagers, Sarah and Connor.

She is a keen amateur genealogist and enjoys various creative hobbies. In her spare time she can be found in her lovely “she shed” at the bottom of her garden.
