Katherine joined Summerfields in September 2024 as a Learning Support Teacher. She studied Primary Education at Bath Spa University before working in primary schools as a classroom teacher for many years. She gained her Post Graduate Certificate in Working with Children with Literacy Difficulties at Oxford Brookes University and taught at The Unicorn School in Abingdon as a specialist dyslexic teacher for 8 years.

Katherine currently lives in Oxford with her husband and two children. She has two Guinea Pigs and enjoys running to keep her body and mind healthy. She also loves travel and good food.
