Roger Shaw is a Deputy Head at Radley College. His responsibilities include school policies and inspection preparation, overseeing technology, exams, learning support, INSET and chapel. He teaches Mathematics. Previously he ran a boarding house and before that was Head of Mathematics at the King’s School, Chester. He has also been in charge of Community Partnerships and has organised many projects in Romania and India.
